use normal dishwashing detergent(neutral detergent) and wash with a sponge.

rinse off the detergent with running water.

remove as much water as possible off from the item by using a cloth.

*If any liquid is left on the coasters for a long period of time, the minerals in the water will accumulate and create white stains.
