Domestic shipments

  • All of our orders generally take 3-5 business days to process and sent from our home office in Sydney.

  • We use a multiple different courier companies including Auspost and do NOT send to parcel lockers and PO boxes.

  • We endeavour to minimise the usage of plastic materials for packaging however we might occasionally reuse some of plastic packaging materials sent from our suppliers.

International Shipments

  • We offer international shipments as well.

  • All our international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own countries.

  • Delays due to custom procedures are beyond the control of us and must be resolved by the customer.

  • For further information, we recommend contacting your local custom office.

  • Please contact us at hello@ateliercobo.com.au with your shipping list, and we would reply you a quote of shipping costs including damage insurance. The shipping costs depend on the weight, size of the package and your country.

    Returns

  • Please note that we do not provide a refund or exchanges for change of mind reasons.

  • If we made any errors with your orders(we are all human at the end of the day), please let us know immediately by sending us an email at hello@ateliercobo.com.au

  • We do our best to provide you the correct item or a refund if the item is no longer available for some reasons.

Damaged products

  • We pay an extra attention on how we pack our items and make sure to minimise the risk of the items are being damaged.

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging, goods & shipping label so that we can notify our shippers, claim insurance and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Delayed shipping / lost or stolen items

  • Please make sure you enter the correct mailing address. Incomplete or incorrect address might result in your parcel delayed or even missing.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Once your items being dispatched, we will not be responsible for any shipment delays or lost/stolen items.
