How to take care Wato Items

About products with black oxide coating, the black colour may fade if they are rubbed or get contact with something acidic.
The colour of our products will change if strong alkaline substances (such as salt) or acidic substances (such as vinegar) are put inside. Excessive color change may occur if you put foods inside and leave it for a long time.
We recommend you NOT to put our products inside a dishwasher or freezer. DO NOT use them on an IH cooker or a microwave oven.
About milk pans or grill pans, DO NOT make the oven flame so high as to come up the side of the pan or DO NOT heat them empty. As the entire handle will become very hot when cooking, please take proper protective measures not to get burned.
Wash our products soon after use, with a sponge and neutral detergent, rinse and dry them for storage.
If you are not comfortable with the dirt or color change, you may perform soak-washing in a solution made by citric acid dissolved into water or polish the dirty part by drawing a circle with a paste made by mixing baking soda and water. And then wipe off the moisture.
How to take care
wash as you would normally do with your dishes.(use neutral detergent)
washing off the detergent with running water.
wipe off as much as water possible.
If any liquid is left on the coasters for a long period of time, the minerals in the water will accumulate and create white stains.
