How to take care of Fujita metal products.

JIU(10) Frying pan

Before use.

1.Please wash the pan well with dish washing detergent.

2.wipe the pan with a dry cloth or kitchen paper and let it dry well.

3.put a little bit of cooking oil on a kitchen paper and apply it on the pan.

4.put the pan on the heat and heat it up.

5.make sure that the pan is hot enough to cook.

1.Please apply a little bit of vegetable oil on the handle and wipe well with a kitchen towel as shown below.

2.Please remove the handle when the pan is on a medium to high heat to avoid the handle being burnt.

After use.

1.While the pan is warm, wash the pan with a tawashi brush(Japanese scrubbing brush) or some sort without dishwashing detergent.

2. After wash, put the pan on the heat to remove water and let it dry completely.

3. In case if you do not use the pan for a while, please apply a bit of oil for both on the the pan and the handle which will help preserving them.

The electric circuit of “ Ichi” is especially designed for it by Junichi Nagayama, the CEO of Cap., Ltd. All parts are manufactured and manually assembled in-house one by one at Fujita Metal. Fresh air passes through thirty-three vents, which are located at the top of inner surface, and they help not to interfere plants to breath from roots. the integral structure makes it so easy to throw out excess water and reduce a risk of roots rot.
